Ms. Chang was based in Washington, D.C. from 1996 to 1997, where she covered the White House, Capitol Hill and the 1996 presidential election for NewsOne, ABC's affiliate news service.

Terry Moran (born December, 1959, Chicago, Illinois) is the co-anchor of Nightline. He worked as a correspondent and anchor for Court TV, where he was recognized for his expertise in covering the Lyle and Erik Menendez murder trial in Los Angeles in 1993. He received the Lucia R. Briggs Distinguished Achievement Award in 2003. Before becoming co-anchor of Nightline, Moran had been ABC News' chief White House correspondent from September 1999 to November 2005. Prior to his White House assignment, Moran covered Vice President Al Gore's presidential campaign. Moran became one of the three full-time anchors of Nightline following Ted Koppel's last broadcast in November 2005. He often anchors World News and other ABC News broadcasts. He briefly attended graduate school at the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television. Tapper worked in public relations for Powell Tate, a Washington, DC, public affairs firm run by Republican Sheila Tate and Democrat Jody Powell. He also worked briefly for Handgun Control Inc. (now the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence in 1997. His journalism career began full time as a senior writer for the Washington City Paper from 1998 to 1999 and then as the Washington correspondent for Salon.com from 1999 to 2002. He has also contributed to GQ, the Weekly Standard, NPR's All Things Considered, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. In 2001 he hosted a TV show on CNN called Take Five in which young journalists and commentators discussed politics and pop culture. In 2002 he hosted a series of entertainment news specials on VH1 and in 2003 he hosted shows focused on independent film on the Sundance Channel.

He is currently ABC News's Chief Washington Correspondent and the host of ABC's Sunday morning news show This Week with George Stephanopoulos. In recent years he has co-hosted ABC News special live coverage of political events with ABC's Charles Gibson and Diane Sawyer, and appears regularly on ABC's Good Morning America, World News, and launched an ABCNews.com blog called "George's Bottom Line". Prior to joining ABC News, he was a senior political adviser to the 1992 U.S. presidential campaign of Bill Clinton and later became Clinton's communications director.
