Sara Gilbert (born January 29, 1975) is an American actress best known for her role as Darlene Conner-Healy from 1988–1997 in the U.S.sitcom Roseanne. Gilbert has made guest appearances on shows such as The Simpsons, 24, Will & Grace, and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. Since 2004, she has had a recurring role as medical student Jane Figler on the long-running hospital drama ER. She returned to prime time television in the fall of 2005 in the sitcom Twins on The WB network. The sitcom was canceled after one season, when the WB and UPN networks merged to become The CW and had to drop a number of shows. She also had a recurring role on the short-lived CBS sitcom The Class as Fern Velch, wife of Ritchie Velch. She appeared in at least three episodes of the first season of The Big Bang Theory on CBS as a scientist friend (with benefits) to the character played by Johnny Galecki, who also portrayed her longtime boyfriend and husband David Healy on Roseanne. Starting with the second episode of the second season of The Big Bang Theory, Gilbert was elevated to the show's main cast, portraying once again a potential love interest of Galecki's character. At the end of January, it was announced that the writers didn't know how to write for her character full time and her status was, once again, reduced from regular to recurring.

Mayte Michelle Rodriguez (born July 12, 1978), better known as Michelle Rodriguez, is an American actress, known for starring in films such as Girlfight, The Fast and the Furious, Resident Evil, and S.W.A.T. as well as her role in the television series Lost. From 2005 to 2006, she played tough cop Ana Lucia Cortez on the television series Lost during the show's second season (the character's first appearance was a flashback on season 1's finale, Exodus: Part 1), and returned for a cameo in the second episode of the show's fifth season in 2009. In 2006, Rodriguez was featured in her own episode of G4's show Icons. In 2008, she appeared in Battle in Seattle alongside Charlize Theron. Mark Indelicato (born 16 July 1994) is an American actor and singer best known for his role in the ABC comedy series Ugly Betty, as Justin Suarez, the fashion-obsessed nephew of series protagonist Betty Suarez. On October 27th, 2008, Indelicato performed the part of Boq for "Wicked Day"'s 5th Anniversary Concert on Broadway in New York City as well. He performed again at the Gershwin Theatre on February 23rd, 2009 for the "Defying Inequality" benefit.

Christopher Parker (born 24 August 1983) is an English actor and television presenter.Christopher Parker’s career began at an early age as a model appearing in print campaigns and TV commercials. He progressed onto small bog roles in TV dramas such as The Bill, London's Burning (appearing in the last ever episode) and Judge John Deed. Parker worked as a stunt double in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. He then came to slightly wider attention in the role of Spencer Moon in the BBC soap opera EastEnders, where he played the younger brother of British actor Shane Richie. Following his time on EastEnders, he appeared in the first series of Strictly Come Dancing and made it through to the final alongside his partner Hanna Karttunen. Joshua Charles Malina (born January 17, 1966) is an American film and stage actor. He is perhaps most famous for portraying Will Bailey on the NBC drama The West Wing and Jeremy Goodwin on Sports Night. Malina played Will Bailey on The West Wing from 2002 to 2006. His character initially was perceived by the public as an attempt to replace departing series star Rob Lowe, although Malina said in numerous interviews that the two actors and characters were too dissimilar to be viewed as anything but a change. During his tenure on The West Wing, Malina was known to the rest of the cast as a tireless prankster. Malina is a co-creator and producer of Bravo's cable TV series Celebrity Poker Showdown. In private life, he is an avid poker player, having played with Sorkin while on Broadway, used poker winnings to pay his rent early in his career, and organized a cast-and-crew game that lasted the full duration of Sports Night and occasionally delayed the start of shooting. The idea for the show came from a weekly high-stakes poker game hosted by Hank Azaria, which Malina and friend Andrew Hill Newman have attended whenever they were earning enough money to afford to play.
